सागर ऊपर की लहरों का नाम नहीं
सागर तो कहीं गहरे में छिपा होता है।
जो लहरें ऊपर दिखाई देती हैं
वो पैदा तो गहराई में ही होती हैं।
मन भी सागर की तरह होता है
उतना ही गहरा
उतना ही विस्तृत।
ऊपरी विचार तो सिर्फ लहरें हैं।
मन भी सागर की ही तरह होता है
असली खज़ाना तो छिपा होता है गहराई में
खोजना हो तो उतरना होता गहराई में।
लहरों को भूल उतरना होता गहराई में।
इंसान भी उसी सागर की लहर का नाम है
सागर को समझने के लिए उतरना होता है गहराई में।
गहराई कभी लहरों को नहीं नकारती
नकारती हैं तो लहरें गहराई को।
इंसान भी खोज नहीं पाता अपने अस्तित्व को
क्योंकि डरता है गहराई से।
डरता है गहराई में उतरने से
पर खोजना हो तो उतरना होता गहराई में।
सागर ऊपर की लहरों का नाम नहीं

जो लहरें ऊपर दिखाई देती हैं
वो पैदा तो गहराई में ही होती हैं।
मन खोजता है शान्ति
जीवन भर, अनवरत
पर खोजता है लहरों में
सिर्फ ऊपरी विचारों में।
इसी भूल में वो भटकता है
भूल जाता है कि वो गलत जगह पर खोजता है।
खोजना हो तो डूबना होता है
अंदर गहरे बहुत गहरे।
पहचानना होता है अपने अस्तित्व को
जो छिपा होता है गहराई में।
खोजना हो तो उतरना होता गहराई में।
लहरों को भूल उतरना होता गहराई में।
भूल में भटकते-2 कटता है जीवन
शान्ति एक भ्रम हो जाती है, क्योंकि
खोजना हो तो उतरना होता गहराई में।
लहरों को भूल उतरना होता गहराई में।

Ocean is not the name of waves
Ocean is actually hidden in the depths
The waves seen on the upper layer are produced in the deepest layers of the Ocean
Mind is also like Ocean
As deep as Ocean
As vast as Ocean
Thoughts are only like waves
Mind is also like Ocean
And the real treasure is hidden deep within
To search for it one has to jump in the depths
One has to jump forgetting about the waves
Human is also like a wave in the Ocean
To understand the Ocean one has to jump in the depths
Depths never neglect the waves
But waves never accept the depths
That's why it is difficult to realize the real self
as human is afraid of the depths
And is afraid of jumping into the depths
But to search for one has to jump into the depths
Ocean is not the name of waves
Ocean is actually hidden into the depths
The waves seen on the upper layer are produced in the deepest layers of the Ocean
Mind searches for peace
In every moment of life, continuously
But searches within the waves
Only inside the upper layers of thoughts
That's why it wanders
It forgets that it is searching at a wrong place
To search for it one has to jump in the depths
Deep inside, very deep
One has to recognize one’s existence
The existence which is hidden within
To search for it one has to jump in the depths
One has to jump forgetting about the waves
One lives forgetting the truth
Peace remains an illusion, because
