I had started my career as a lecturer from Allahabad. I still have remembrance of my first lecture. It was of Engineering Drawing. I started the lecture by asking a question. I asked, "what is the biggest problem of the world". It was a strange question as far as Engineering Drawing class was concerned, seems to be irrelevant. But, answers were started coming from the students. Some of them said that pollution is the biggest problem etc. After getting the answers and compiling them I said that according to me all these problems can be treated as a big problem but the reason behind them is the biggest challenge or problem in itself and that is the communication gap. Communication gap is the cause of all. If you see pollution as a problem, it is difficult to understand that one of the causes of it can be a communication gap. एक किसान मृत्यु के बाद स्वर्ग पहुंचा। किसान स्वर्ग ही पहुंचते हैं। हिंदुस्तानी किसान था। पहुंचते ही देखा कि स्वर्ग में भी उसके पास वैसी ही ज़मीन है जैसी पृथ्वी पर थी। उसे आश्चर्य हुआ कि स्वर्ग में ज़मीन की क्या ज़रूरत है? इसलिए वो भगवान से पूंछ बैठा क्या उसे यहाँ भी खेती करनी पड़ेगी? ये कैसी माया है? तो भगवान ने जवाब में कहा कि कुछ न कुछ तो यहां भी करना होता है इसीलिये हमारी कोशिश होती है कि हम वही कार्य मनुष्य से करवाये जो वो पृथ्वी पर करता था, बाकी यहाँ किसी चीज़ की कमी नही है लेकिन कुछ न करे तो इंसान बोर होने लगता है। ये अजीब बीमारी इंसान पृथ्वी से यहाँ ले आता है। इसलिए हम उसे बिज़ी रखना चाहते हैं और कुछ नहीं। किसान खुश हुआ कि चलो अच्छा है स्वर्ग के वैभव में उसे अपने प्रिय कार्य को करने का मौका भी मिलेगा। उसने फसल बोई कुछ महीने बाद फसल तैयार होने को थी कि ओले गिरे और फसल बर्बाद हो गई। उसे आश्चर्य हुआ कि स्वर्ग में भी ओले गिरे और फसल बर्बाद हो गई। उसने फिर भगवान से पूछा कि अब ये क्या है भगवन आप तो स्वर्ग में भी मुझे पृथ्वी के दुख का अनुभव करवा रहे है। इसपर भगवान ने जवाब दिया कि व...
