I bought a toy (a dancing robot) from amazon for my son. It reached on time. I opened the packet. The toy was in my hands. I was watching it thoroughly when something stroke my mind. I saw a number on back of that. To know what number it was I searched out of curiosity and what I got surprised me. It was patent registration number of that toy and toy was from China - a China made. And that made me understood why China is developing so fast. Then I further searched and surprised to know that China files around one lakhs of patents every year, which is more than that of even Japan or USA. Then after further searching I got answers that why these countries were developed and are developing so  fast. China and these countries are allocating the highest in R & D. Their focus on research are making them grow so fast. I am sorry but India is focusing on religion, on divisions, on reservations etc.. . . Please think over it I want my India on top.... शिक्षक हम सभी के जीवन में बड़ी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं। मुझे यकीन है कि हममें से सभी के जीवन में कुछ ऐसे शिक्षक ज़रूर होते हैं जिन्हें हम आजीवन याद रखते हैं। कुछ को किसी कारण से और कुछ को किसी और कुछ को सम्हाल कर बड़े सम्मान के साथ। मेरे जीवन में भी ऐसे बहुत से शिक्षक रहे जिन्हें मैं चाह कर भी नही भूल सकता। उन सभी को तो एक साथ याद नही कर सकता। लेकिन उनमें से एक मुझे आज याद आ रहे हैं, उपाध्याय सर्। कुछ भी हो लेकिन उस ज़माने के ज़्यादातर शिक्षक अपने कार्य को लेकर गंभीर होते थे। उपाध्याय सर मैथेमेटिक्स के शिक्षक थे इसलिए जैसे की मैथ्स के ज़्यादातर शिक्षक होते हैं वो भी थोड़े स्ट्रिक्ट थे। हालांकि मैंने उन्हें जल्दी किसी को मारते हुए नहीं देखा लेकिन ज़रूरत पड़ने पर डाटते थे। हालांकि मैं जिस बात के लिए उन्हें याद करता हूँ वो उनके द्वारा दी गई एक शिक्षा थी जो मुझे आज भी याद है। एक बार उन्होंने बताया कि वो जहां रहते थे उसके पास एक मलिन बस्ती थी जहां अक्सर उन्हें कुछ गरीब बच्चे मिलते थे। वो अपने साथ उनके लिए कुछ न कुछ ले जाते थे और कुछ समय उनके साथ व्यतीत करते थे। उन्होंने बताया कि वे उन ...

मैंने अपनी नौकरी की शुरुआत एक प्राइवेट कंपनी से की थी जो कि इंडस्ट्रियल उत्पाद बनाती थी। उस नौकरी में मुझे लुधियाना जाने का मौका मिला। हीरो ग्रुप की एक कंपनी में अपनी कंपनी का उत्पाद लगाना था। मेरे साथ एक और इंजीनियर भी था, शिवा। हम दोनों को साथ मे मिल कर करीब दो महीने के समय मे इस प्रोजेक्ट को सफलतापूर्वक समाप्त करना था। शिवा तमिलनाडु के थे और मुझसे सीनियर थे, हालांकि कुछ ही दिनों में मेरी और उनकी अच्छी दोस्ती हो गई। होती भी क्यों नही आखिर दो महीने हम लोगो को एक ही प्रोजेक्ट पर काम करना था। दोस्ती होने का एक बड़ा कारण शिवा की अच्छी हिंदी भी थी। शिवा को रजनीकांत बहुत पसंद थे और वो कई बार अपनी तरफ से ही छेड़कर ये कहते थे कि किसी देश मे सुपरस्टार तो एक ही होता है और रजनीकांत की कमाई सबसे ज्यादा है इस हिसाब से भारत के सुपरस्टार तो रजनीकांत ही है। मै उनकी बात एक्सेप्ट कर लेता था। एक बार मैंने कहा कि ये बात तो अपनी जगह है लेकिन मुझे ये बताइये कि आपकी हिंदी इतनी अच्छी कैसे है? तो शिवा ने मुझे बताया कि इसमें सबसे बड़ा योगदान हिंदी मूवीज का है। क्योंकि उसको हिंदी फिल्में देखने का शौक था। औ...

ज़्यादातर कभी कभी ज़िंदा होते हैं तो जज़्बात भी दिख जाते हैं, वर्ना हम मरे ही रहते हैं ज़्यादातर। और क्यों करके कि ज़िंदा हुआ जाता है कभी कभी, इसका एहसास भी नही रहता ज़्यादातर। वो किसी की बिटिया का यूँ मर जाना शायद ज़िंदा कर गया हमें, वर्ना हम मरे ही रहते हैं ज़्यादातर। तकलीफ दे रही है ये चुप्पी के पहले क्यों न बोले कभी, क्यों यूँ ही चुप रहा करते हैं ज़्यादातर। इलज़ाम इसपे है के उसपे क्या फर्क पड़ता है, रौंदी तो बेटी ही गई है ज़्यादातर। फिक्र ये ही क्यों करें कि न्याय मिलेगा की नही, सबूत मिला ही नही करते हैं ज़्यादातर। और कैसे सुलझे, के मसले बहुत है इस मुल्क में, के सिर्फ नज़रे तरेर लिया करते हैं ज़्यादातर। मुल्क की बेहतरी की बात करते है कुछ लोग, मगर तख्त मिलते ही नज़रे फेर लिया करते है ज़्यादातर। और पहने देखा था खादी का कुर्ता चुनाव में जिसको, तख़्त मिलते ही शेरवानी में दिखता है ज़्यादातर। और ये ना बदला वक़्त रहते अभी, तो छिपते फिरेंगे हम सब दरख्तों के पीछे ज़्यादातर। तो छिपते फिरेंगे हम सब दरख्तों के पीछे ज़्यादातर।। #authornitin https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=3...

I have heard about a beautiful dead body. And, that was of Alexander the Great. But what was beautiful about his dead body? It was his ability to give a message to this world, through his body. And, the message was great. The message was his whole learning; what he had learnt through his life. That is why even his dead body was beautiful – it contained a beautiful message. When Alexander the Great was dying; he realized that now there is no way to survive. He was certain about his death. So, he called his ministers and told them that during his last journey, the journey to cremation ground, both of his hands should be kept open. So that, people could see that even a person like him; even Alexander the Great is leaving this world empty handed, with nothing to acquire; not a single penny. He realized in his last days that he wasted his life: wasted just in accumulating lands, in accumulating wealth. But finally he was going, he has to go and he could carry nothing with him....

Have you seen a robot? How it functions? How it understands? To get a robot to work correctly, you have to make a proper communication with it, so that it can understand what function you want to perform with its help. This purpose of communication is done with a program. A program is a set of commands, which make the robot understand what it has to do.
